One word I would use to describe Fletcher Jones Motorcars is perfection. The entire staff is trained to please their customers in every way. My current service advisor is Silvio Castro. Parker Johnson did an excellent job of communicating from drop-off to pick-up. I trust his opinion on recommended repairs and prices. He takes the worry out of wondering if I need a service or repair and the drop-off to pick-up. I trust his opinion on recommended repairs and prices. I would not feel the same with another advisor (until we built that trust and reputation) or with another dealer. I drove up from San Diego for this appointment, by the way.
