“Dandy” Randy and team We have been customers of this dealership for many years and this was our best experience yet. Randy Lemus was our service advisor for the first time We have been customers of this dealership for many years and this was our best experience yet. Randy Lemus was our service advisor for the first time though he has been there 20 years and he was exceptional. He greeted my wife and me quicker than any past advisor and took care of the paperwork while answering a couple of questions. He made sure we knew where the loaner car pickup was and we were on our way within 15 minutes of our arrival. Later Randy called to tell us the technician found an issue covered under the vehicle warranty that the team would take care of and we were notified when the car was ready. We returned the loaner car and ours was already washed and ready for us as soon as we paid our bill. More
