I’ve enjoyed the car and serviced it regularly, always being impressed with their customer service. However, yesterday the service by Rob Draper, a Service Manager, exceeded expectations. I took the car in on Wed for routine service, a routine recall and to have some paint damage repaired. I was given a loaner, expecting to be without my car for at least a week. He always gives a complete explanation of what needs to be done and does it with a smile. To my delight, Rob expedited the repairs and the car was ready the next day and returned to me the next day. Everyone there is extremely friendly and I’m completely impressed by the dealership. Well done, everyone! More
