Workers were friendly & courteous. Got an appointment the next day no problem. When we went to pick up our car Joanna was on the phone. We waited for 10min she never acknowledged us. Not only they sold me a piece of junk CLA 250 and now they don't behind their product. It has only 1000 mile and has broken down two times in last six months. 1st time engine light came on three months ago and I was in different city where mercedes of Palm springs refuse to fix it saying take it back to Fletcher and they should give you a new car cause this one is keep is going to keep having problem. Sure enough it did after two months the car would not start outside the bank. I called the service they transferred me to outside roadside service which I had to wait in heat for 2 hours. The tow truck took the car at 230 pm and the service advisor Dan was going to call me which he never. So when I woke since I had heat stroke I passed out I called the dealership at 5 pm only to find out that everyone has left. This is so pathetic and ridiculous that dealership of this type would be so irresponsible and flaky. I just don't understand why they promise you the world when they are selling you the car that they will stand behind their product and if this and that happen they will be there. All lies. More
