Excellent service at Fletcher Jones. Mx was very timely, as I had a few minor squawks over the first year. Nothing out of the ordinary for a brand new fully electronic vehicle. The loaner car was actually an upgrade from my current vehicle which was nice, no charge. They function as a luxury automaker should!
