I want to do a shout out for Katelyn Troung and Payden Evans. You should be proud to have both of these outstanding people at Fletcher Jones. I bought a GLE350 in February when I was assigned Payden to t Evans. You should be proud to have both of these outstanding people at Fletcher Jones. I bought a GLE350 in February when I was assigned Payden to train me in the use of the electronics and Katelyn to be my service rep. Payden has been incredibly helpful in educating me and being patient with me. He lets me call him anytime and he comes to my home. Wow!! Katelyn has been terrific in her attentiveness to make everything just right and understood when I come for service. I was just in this week because my climate control was not working properly. Payden helped identify the problem and Katelyn got it fixed. Great job!! More
