Had bought my first S550 from another dealership but alway brought the car into Fletcher Jones and they have always treated me as if I purchased it from them. when it came time to trade in I would not alway brought the car into Fletcher Jones and they have always treated me as if I purchased it from them. when it came time to trade in I would not have dealt with anyone other that Fletcher Jones. We were buying 2 vehicles. One used to be shipped to Hawaii and one new one for use here in calif. When we had talked to the salesman and general manager several months earlier , they assured us ,that Hawaii and one new one for use here in calif. When we had talked to the salesman and general manager several months earlier , they assured us ,that the shipping of the used car would be "NO PROBLEM". Because they owned the dealership in Honolulu ,and they would do the shipping through the dealership. The salesman we spoke to set up an appointment for us ,but when we arrived he was with another customer and had someone else help us. This person took us for a test drive then told us he was leaving and had someone else talk to us. No one knew anything about anything,and we were there for over 4 hours We finally purchased the vehicles and then were told we would have to cover the cost of shipping. What a surprise for us. We had to pay in cash before they would ship. They also provided no registration paperwork for us to use when we received the vehicle in Hawaii. We tried to get it registered and could not . After several calls and several days we were promised the paperwork was at the DMV in Hilo ,a 2.5 hour drive from Kona where we live. As of this date (July)we have not been able to complete the registration process. This has been the worst experience we have ever had buying a car. We came to this dealer on the promises that we're made. Will not make that mistake again. Do not do business with this dealer. More
Everything went very smoothly with my experience. When I picked up the car, it was in perfect condition, there was no pressure to purchase extra options, and because I forgot to bring a check with me, the dealer arranged to pick up my check later that night after I returned home with the car. Buying a car is always a roller coaster experience when doing it through a dealer. Each dealer has their own way to work the customer. And every sales person can affect your experience. Some try to be your new best friend, some try the hard sell right away, some are indifferent, etc. Fetcher Jones is all about moving quantity. This is not a bad thing you just need to know that before you go as FJ (or any dealer, really) is not there to do much else but get you into a car. Joe helped me when I got to the dealership. He was helpful and not pushy and more than willing to let me look at the cars I was interested in. I spent a couple of hours test driving the cars I was considering and Joe was great about answering my questions. FJ had a pretty good inventory on hand and the car I wanted was available in several options so I decided to try and make a deal. I wasn't sure if I wanted to lease or purchase the car and Joe explained both options and what they could offer. I had some additional questions Joe wasn't sure he could answer so at this point Joe brought in his manager, Mike to help. Mike was very friendly and there was no question he was there to close the deal. Mike and Joe took a lot of time to put numbers together. It was pretty intense for all involved but I'm interested in getting a deal I can live with. And we were able to make that deal. I'll give FJ a chance at my future business and can recommend them for their dedication to getting a deal done and their selection. Joe was very good to work with and Mike also on his end. Give FJ a shot at your business. More
Navnit Singh, my sales associate was great to work with. Tina picked me up at the airport and she is super pleasant, a great representative of the dealership in the 15 to 20 minute drive from the airport to the dealership. I trust the people I dealt with and feel I got a fair deal on the car and that my business was of value to them. Even though I live in Seattle and took the car there immediately, they won't get my service work, yet they treated me like I'd be there regularly in the future. I'd buy another car from them in the future if needed. More

From the moment we walked onto the lot, Jun, our salesman, was attentive, pleasant, and knowledgable... by the time we left the lot with our new Mercedes we felt we had known Jun for years... we fel salesman, was attentive, pleasant, and knowledgable... by the time we left the lot with our new Mercedes we felt we had known Jun for years... we felt he negotiated the best possible price for us and was so quick and efficient in obtaining the best possible financing. The general manager was also warm and made us feel super comfortable. We had gone to several dealerships looking for our perfect car and this dealership was by far the best overall. If you are buying a Mercedes, make sure you go in and ask for Jun -- car buying was never so painless!! Ha ha... On a side note, the closer, Raj, was not so warm and fuzzy -- but not so bad that we would still not give this dealership 10 stars out of 10. More
