He worked with my schedule and demanding work requirements when it goes to paperwork signing and vehicle delivery. All the paperwork process was really easy to understand and really efficient. I never felt intimidated or not listened too. And I had met a few of sales people from this dealership. Shaun is different and was really comfortable to work with. Never pushy. Quality of Work Everything was done really speedy and was explained in detail in terms of paperwork. I never had more positive experience buying a vehicle. Friendliness Overall experience If I am at the market to buy another Mercedes, I will go and buy from Shaun. Honestly, I decided to buy a car from him because he helped me with some inquiry about my other Mercedes which my husband used from another dealer. We stopped by at the dealership and the other sales person told me that he is not going to help me since the car was not purchased here. Shaun did. A few months later, I stopped at the dealership and asked to speak to Shaun just to meet another sales associate who offered help. After a few minutes of discussion, he told me that inventory is low and I need to buy "now", and when I told him about my price expectations he told me to "go elsewhere for a cheaper vehicle". I almost went... elsewhere. I went to the same dealership and both a better car for about the same price (a bit more). This is why I would definitely come back to Shaun for the next one. I do not buy cars from dealerships. There a lot of them out there.... I would like to buy a car from the person I can trust. Shaun is one of such. Thanks for everything. More

Charlotte was the reason I chose Fletcher Jones over my previous Mercedes Benz dealership. When she first called me she was very personable, friendly and professional. She arranged for me to meet with Joe Haddad, who worked tirelessly to find the right car for me. One thing that I have noticed throughout years of dealing with car dealerships is that when it came to contact after the sale, most of them faltered. After I took my new car home, I received a call from Charlotte to see if everything met to my approval. When I received my license plates, I called Charlotte and asked if I could have the bracket attached to my front grill. Without hesitation, she told me to bring it right in and they would take care of it for me. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm smile and her assurance that they would handle my request immediately. Charlotte is a model for exceptional customer service. She really knows how to make a customer feel comfortable and appreciated. More
