We stop by this dealership just to check out the new C250 that they had. Tito Talampas walk us through everything that we need to know about the car, patiently gave us options that we want without any pressu that they had. With the kind of hospitality that we received we feel like its the right place for us to buy a car. I believe that every car in the market out there were really good but sometimes what makes the difference is how people treat you and understand your position- thats how i felt with Tito. What is so amazing was after buying a car, he still keeps in touch making sure that everything is fine with the new car. So far, everything that he promised during the buying process were all done. For a beginner like me it is so important that someone will guide me on what to do. Thank you Tito for your help, i have no regrets working with you. My friend introduced me to Nonoy, very friendly and was really professional. I'm an international student and most dealer would judge me and wouldn't really treat me like a customer who's buying a car. Non really professional. I just recently leased a 2013 C250 from Fletcher Jones and this is very simply due to Marvin Ledesma. I inquired about a new C class on line and received several responses back from 5 different dealers in the bay area. It was Marvin's enthusiasm, expertise, friendlyness, persistants and knowledge that lead me to Fremont. We exchanged many emails and phone calls before I made my decision to travel out of the area to meet Marvin. I was even more impressed with him in person as I was with our communications apart. Not often, in my experiences, does a sales person commit to a arrangement without a personal introduction but Marvin did just that. He delivered above and beyond my expectations. I too am in sales and I take great pride in my sucess and relationships I have made in my trade. We have recently decided to buy used Touareg 2011 from Fletcher Jones Motorcars. Nonoy has been serving us. He responded quickly and were able to talk through car details. He kindly made a discount for us, when we asked and did all the paperwork, including DMV, very quickly. And he was very trustful about the car. Thanks to him we got a new car. More

Fantastic service from Mike and Charlotte. Mike knows his cars and is by far the best sales representative I've ever worked with. We are coming to see Mike for two more vehicles in the near future. My lease was due in April 2013 and I've been searching for a new car before it expires. I've started my research by contacting all MB dealers in Bay Area. Surprisingly, just a few replied to my calls/emai for a new car before it expires. I've started my research by contacting all MB dealers in Bay Area. Surprisingly, just a few replied to my calls/emails. Marvin was one of the sales reps who replied immediately. This how I was introduced to Fletcher Jones and I should admit I've never been disappointed with them. All people who I dealt with there are very friendly accommodating and, most important, play open. Just to compare: I came to Pleasanton dealership with the same request. The first thing they told me that I have too many miles on my old car, so they have to increase monthly payments by $100 for the new one. Ridiculous! Dealing to Marvin, Dody, Mike Abshir was always a great. Of cause, we had to negotiate the price, BUT it was a fun process. They were open with what they could do and what they couldn't. Finally, I got the car I love for the price I wanted. BTW, they also offer first service for free and they pick up your car for service anywhere in Bay Area. I haven't tried this, obviously, but I have so much trust in Fletcher Jones, that I'm sure I will enjoy dealing with their service too. More

I purchased a new SLK from Fletcher Jones in September. The two sales people I dealt with were extremely courteous, professional and not at all high pressure (even though I was a motivated buyer). The physical facilities are very nice and the customer service orientation seems high. I had a few minor things to sort out on the car, but they were handled quickly and as a high priority item.
