I was completely taken away with how wonderful and memorable they made this experience for our family. My husband and I were looking for a vehicle. We visited several other Mercedes dealerships in Stockton and Modesto, but never found what we where looking for and the customer service was just “Ok”. I came upon Fletcher Jones website on the Mercedes dealership and was completely impressed in how well they listed their cars details in their carfax reports. My husband and I decided to drive all the way from Stockton, Ca to Fremont to find my dream car and were completely taken away right from the start with the high quality customer care service we received. It all started when we arrived to Fletcher Jones and was approached in a very professional (none pushy) manner by Sam Wali. Sam was very friendly, outgoing and very personable. He listen to all our needs and took in all the information and data in what we where looking for. We where then next introduced to our car of our dreams (which we purchased that same evening). Sam took the time to educate us on all the aspects, details and safety points of the car. I was extremely impressed with the high level of education, knowledge he had about the vehicle. Upon, asking questions about maintenance, Sam was quick to guide us in the right direction and we meet Joe Defreitas. I was astounded by how kind, soft spoken and attentive Joe was. We where completely won over, because he stopped what he was working on, to go over in great detail what types of services and maintenance one will have to maintain in purchasing a vehicle. Joe was so gracious and without asking us, he printed a document that listed these service, so where we could look them over during our decision process. After having all our questions and concerns answered we felt good about moving forward. We came across Mike Ramish. Mike was very pleasant and personable. I have purchased 5 cars from Mercedes Benz of Pleasanton over the past 20 years. I went to purchase another vehicle from them this year for my wife and was surprised that they were unable to meet my needs over the past 20 years. They also told me I could never purchase the car I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. I was amazed at their response, as I felt I made a reasonable offer for the car we wanted. One of my friends told me to try Fletcher Jones, because they had a great recent experience in buying a car. They also recommended Mike Kadomi as a salesman. I called Mike the same day and was pleased to see that he was able to work with me on the sale of the same car Pleasanton refused to. Mike was the best salesman I have ever dealt with at a Mercedes dealership. I did my homework and told him what I wanted and was willing to pay, which I felt was low, but fair. Mike never hesitated to fight for the price I wanted and was able to get the deal approved within an hour. He never made me go back and forth with a price and was always up front with me about the cost of the car and its options. When we arrived to get the car, Mike was there and was a pleasure to deal with. The thing I was most impressed with, was Mike's excitement about our new car. While going over the car with us, he was excited to explain all of its options and was extremely patient with us about how to work each of the options it had. I have to be honest, neither my wife or I have ever dealt with such a sincere, open and honest salesman like we found in Mike. I had to call him back because I had a question a few days later. Mike was right there, even though it was his day off, he answered my question and never made me feel bad for calling on his day off. My wife and I both believe Mike is an exceptional salesman, who represents Fletcher Jones Mercedes Benz extremely well. Marvin Ledesma was the first one to respond; he was persistent yet patient, friendly and helpful (and funny too!), responsive via email at all hours of the day/night, and… he gave me the BEST DEAL! I never thought that leasing a car could actually be such a painless process, but Marvin was able to make it an enjoyable and pleasurable experience. Marvin came in on his day off to meet with me and let me test drive the car (even though I had already test driven a GLK at my local dealer, I had wanted to test drive the actual car I was going to go home with, and Marvin cheerfully complied).
