We recently purchased a new 2013 GL 450. Marvin Ledesma was recommended highly by my father-in-law. He answered all of our questions and was able to provide us with a few package options. It was easy to contact him and he always gave us a quick response. Not only was his service awesome, but he was able to give us an offer we couldn't refuse. The only reason I rated Customer Service as Good was because there was a mix-up pertaining to one of the keys for the vehicle. Communication was lacking insofar as advising us of the process and expected time frame for delivery of the other key. Sam took the time to educate us on all the aspects, details and safety points of the car. I was extremely impressed with the high level of education, knowledge he had about the vehicle. Upon, asking questions about maintenance, Sam was quick to guide us in the right direction and we meet Joe Defreitas. I was astounded by how kind, soft spoken and attentive Joe was. We where completely won over, because he stopped what he was working on, to go over in great detail what types of services and maintenance one will have to maintain in purchasing a vehicle. Joe was so gracious and without asking us, he printed a document that listed these service, so where we could look them over during our decision process. After having all our questions and concerns answered we felt good about moving forward. We came across Mike Ramish. Mike was very pleasant and personable. I have purchased 5 cars from Mercedes Benz of Pleasanton over the past 20 years. I went to purchase another vehicle from them this year for my wife and was surprised that they were unable to meet my needs over the past 20 years. They also told me I could never purchase the car I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. I was amazed at their response, as I felt I made a reasonable offer for the car we wanted. One of my friends told me to try Fletcher Jones, because they had a great recent experience in buying a car. They also recommended Mike Kadomi as a salesman. I called Mike the same day and was pleased to see that he was able to work with me on the sale of the same car Pleasanton refused to. Mike was the best salesman I have ever dealt with at a Mercedes dealership. I did my homework and told him what I wanted and was willing to pay, which I felt was low, but fair. Mike never hesitated to fight for the price I wanted and was able to get the deal approved within an hour. He never made me go back and forth with a price and was always up front with me about the cost of the car and its options. When we arrived to get the car, Mike was there and was a pleasure to deal with. The thing I was most impressed with, was Mike's excitement about our new car. While going over the car with us, he was excited to explain all of its options and was extremely patient with us about how to work each of the options it had. I have to be honest, neither my wife or I have ever dealt with such a sincere, open and honest salesman like we found in Mike. I had to call him back because I had a question a few days later. Mike was right there, even though it was his day off, he answered my question and never made me feel bad for calling on his day off.
