I visited another Mercedes dealership and didn't receive nearly the same amount of information about the car I was test driving. Tom emailed several videos explaining some of the car's features. He followed up with me several days after the sale was complete to make sure I was happy and make sure I didn't have any questions. Mike Hamish was also polite and respectful in negations with selling my old car to the dealership. Being a female and buying a car on my own was an interesting experience.
