After the changes an Walnut Creek Mercedes, I was pleased to see the great reviews and quickly contacted Fremont Mercedes. Dody offered me a car I would like and a great price. The car was not in but due in to see the great reviews and quickly contacted Fremont Mercedes. Dody offered me a car I would like and a great price. The car was not in but due in 1-2 days. After 2 days passed, I called and left him a message at his office, then at the end of the day his cell phone. I guess without listing to my voicemails he called me back and said you called this number? He then told me he was with a client and would call me back within an hour. That never happened, so I called 2 times the next day, then he had a coworker call me. The coworker gathered all of the information about my existing mercedes lease account that was expiring and then promised to call back in 20 minutes. Some 4.5 hours later he called and asked me one quick question, then said he would call back quick and never did. I called Dody 3 times over the next 2 days no reply. Then 2 more days passed and Dody called me asked for my by name and then claimed I called his number and did not leave a message some 5 minutes ago. I said no, he argued with me became aggressive and then asked what I wanted, he asked if I still wanted the car and I said I have found another dealer to do business with, he was short and told me the car was in short supply and no one else had it and I would have to buy it from him. He was correct that he had the only one equipped that way, but there were others with more equipment offered at similar pricing local. I can't believe a dealer with this high of recommendations has an employee that would treat a customer like this. More

There was no pressure at all and George Loh was so friendly and informative. We bought the car right there and then! We couldn't be more happy with our choice! My experience at Fletcher Jones of Fremont was great. Tom Hamid was very knowledgeable, polite, professional, and respectful. He took a great deal of time explaining all of the different features of my Tom Hamid was very knowledgeable, polite, professional, and respectful. He took a great deal of time explaining all of the different features of my car which helped me in making my decision to buy my car and do so from this dealership. I visited another Mercedes dealership and didn't receive nearly the same amount of information about the car I was test driving. Tom emailed several videos explaining some of the car's features. He followed up with me several days after the sale was complete to make sure I was happy and make sure I didn't have any questions. Mike Hamish was also polite and respectful in negations with selling my old car to the dealership. Being a female and buying a car on my own was an interesting experience. However, Fletcher Jones of Fremont made me feel very comfortable. More

Mike Alkaddoumi, my salesman, was very professional and knowledgeable about the Mercedes E350W. He was a pleasure to work with, not pushy and very easy to work with. It seems whatever I requested of him, l knowledgeable about the Mercedes E350W. He was a pleasure to work with, not pushy and very easy to work with. It seems whatever I requested of him, like price or accessories, he was able to accommodate. Grilling him about every detail lead me to realize how patient and very kind he was. At first, I didn't really think I was going to buy a Mercedes, but Mike convinced me of E350W's value, luxury, and it's many safety protection features. I'm very happy about my purchase so far and would buy another car from Mike in a heartbeat. More

My purchase of a 2006 CLK350 at Flectcher Jones Fremont was quite simply the best car buying experience I have ever had. I purchased the vehicle before it was detailed or has any work done on it and t was quite simply the best car buying experience I have ever had.
