Excellent Sales Person -- Chrisi Bowers My husband and I went to Fletcher Jones to see the new C300/400. We met with Chris Bowers who showed us the cars. After test driving the C400, we fe My husband and I went to Fletcher Jones to see the new C300/400. We met with Chris Bowers who showed us the cars. After test driving the C400, we felt the car was smaller than what we liked. Chris then showed us the E350 which we liked. Chris was patient and courteous. He was not pushy which I had feared about car salesmen. He showed us the features about the cars. And if he didn't know, he said he would find out. As we were leaving, he asked if we would be interested in a CPO vehicle. He sensed that we liked the E350 but hesitated it. He showed us a CPO car that we fell in love with. We test drove the vehicle and loved the extra safety features that we wouldn't have gotten with a new E350. That day, Chris spent over 3 hours with us. We didn't buy the car right away but went back the following week. The car had been a champ for us thanks to Chris excellent service. More
