They were patient during our decision process and very knowledgable about the product/services they were offering. Sam worked with us and ensured we got everything we were looking for. The finance officer was particularly helpful: we had a personal issue that had nothing to do with Mercedes or Fletcher Jones dealership. However, since it happened during our visit, the dealership went above and beyond to fix the issue (again, had nothing to do with the car, service, dealership, etc. I prefer not to state the details here) just to ensure that our experience was flawless. I have talked about this experience with all my friends and family and have highly recommended this dealership. I have worked with other luxury brands before in California and have felt that my business was not appreciated nor needed. At Fletcher Jones, I truly felt like that cared about my business and TRULY wanted our family to have a wonderful experience during and after the purchase. I will certainly shop here again. More
