After three visits to the dealership and not finding a pro-active sales person , I jumped on websites to explore the inventory at Fletcher-jones. I immediately got response from Marvin, with prices and an invitation to come to Fremont. He followed up with a phone call, had the car I was interested in, made me a great deal, stayed late to meet me at the dealership and made the financing easy. Marvin is fantastic! They were patient during our decision process and very Fletcher Jones team including the finance officer and our dealer were truly great to work with. They were patient during our decision process and very knowledgable about the product/services they were offering. Sam worked with us and ensured we got everything we were looking for. The finance officer was particularly helpful: we had a personal issue that had nothing to do with Mercedes or Fletcher Jones dealership. However, since it happened during our visit, the dealership went above and beyond to fix the issue (again, had nothing to do with the car, service, dealership, etc. I prefer not to state the details here) just to ensure that our experience was flawless. I have talked about this experience with all my friends and family and have highly recommended this dealership. I have worked with other luxury brands before in California and have felt that my business was not appreciated nor needed. At Fletcher Jones, I truly felt like that cared about my business and TRULY wanted our family to have a wonderful experience during and after the purchase. I will certainly shop here again. More

This being my first car, I had lot of questions and concerns all of which were addressed by Faruq. I was particular about the pricing but have to say that he got me the best deal for the exact car I was looking for.He made sure he was available over phone even when he was on leave ! Tommy handled the entire process/formalities on the day of delivery. He made sure the process was hassle-free and was there to take care of everything till the end. Cheers to these guys.
