Wrost experience from a Mercedes salesman Had a very bad experience. My wife and I went to see ML and GLK models. We were just looking around when one sales person named Tito came to help Had a very bad experience. My wife and I went to see ML and GLK models. We were just looking around when one sales person named Tito came to help us. He asked us if we are buying it today. We said we are planning to buy in a month or so. Immediately his attitude got changed and he said there are lots of customers are coming today and he may not be able to give much time to show the car. When I asked if we can get test drive today or do we have pre-schedule it, he told that if we buy today he can arrange test drive. He then asked why cant we buy today. When we said that we are also seeing X5 and Evouque, he laughed at us and created a scene like we are kinda idiot people - 'are u guys serious ?' I got very frustrated and immediately left from there. He then came to my car and tried to stop my car. He started saying he is bringing the key so that we can test drive and he is sorry about it. I'm never returning to this dealership and never recommend to anyone. More
Excellent Customer Service I have been putting off looking for a car because I generally do not care for the shopping environment at most dealerships. I did not think that it was possible to buy a car without feeling pressured. We worked with Mike Alkaddoumi on our purchase and it was truly a pleasant experience. Mike was extremely informative and helpful as we reviewed the models that we were considering. His patience made us very comfortable and we were able to make a stress free decision. What a concept!! When we left the dealership, we were sure that we had made the right decision. Mike has also followed up with us since our purchase to find out if we have any questions about the car. It is great to know that I can make contact with Mike or Zabi for any clarification I may need regarding the car or it's operation. There are other dealerships closer to home, but this experience was well worth the trip. We will definitely recommend Mike and Fletcher Jones to anyone looking for a car. More
An Amazing Experience My Husband and I were in the process of looking to buy a car and decided to stop by Fletcher Jones. We were greeted by Mike Kadomi and he did an amazing job with helping us find exactly what we wanted,. He was very patient and he took the time to show us several cars before we made a decision on our purchase. Mike's customer service was excellent and he made us feel comfortable and not rushed to buy a type of car that we would not be happy with. I found a great car and I am very happy with my new MBZ. A week after I brought my car, we returned to Fletcher Jones and got another car for my husband. Mike was once again our salesperson and we drove off in our second MBZ, I highly recommend Mike to anyone that is seeking a professional and pleasant experience. Poorly Managed unprofessional Visited the dealership Fletcher Jones Motorcars of Fremont (Mercedes Benz) knew exactly what I was in the market for The All-New 2015 Mercedes Benz CL Visited the dealership Fletcher Jones Motorcars of Fremont (Mercedes Benz) knew exactly what I was in the market for The All-New 2015 Mercedes Benz CLA-Class. I wandered a bit waiting to be approached but wasn't after 15/20 minutes of looking around the lot. Walked into the showroom thought I would draw some attention. Boy what a waste of time that was! Came across a full blown conversation employees were having for lunch and rounding people up after work to grab cocktails as they shared other revelations of what they did a couple nights ago. A glance was given by an employee after catching their tone of voice echo obnoxiously loud. The conversation carried on, what a disappointment that concluded the reviews read on yelp apparently to be misleading. What happened to the professionalism that Mercedes usually has? More like play ground central and employees dressed in poor work attire. Name plates on employees would help since you can't tell the difference if they are employees or customers.Showing up in a beater car obviously doesn't draw attention or Interest for assisting customers sad but true. More
