Glenn was the only one who responded with a price based on the information I provided. All the other dealers asked me to call them and provide information I has already given. My wife and I made an appointment with Glenn to see the two cars that meant my request. After seeing the cars I upgraded my options and Fletcher Jones found the car that met my requirements. Unfortunately, when the driver went to pick up the car it had been damaged but, they found another car with more options and honored the price we had arrived at. My wife was so impressed with the service she purchased a C300 convertible the next day. Attentive follow through pays off! More

I have started shopping for a car about two weeks ago, as many of you might have experienced before that shopping for a car can be extremely dreadful I have started shopping for a car about two weeks ago, as many of you might have experienced before that shopping for a car can be extremely dreadful and at times just downright unpleasant. Before I met Marvin... I've already been to several car dealerships, test drove all types of different cars. I found ABSOLUTELY NOTHING that would made me feel "oh that's it, this is the one". On top of that... Most of the dealerships were just nasty to deal with. Last Monday, right before I was about to go home from work, I had the pleasure to visit Marvin at Fletcher Jones Motorcars of Fremont. Let me just say this.. Not only it was a fantastic eye opener experience, it was also informative as well. Marvin taught me the true meaning of leasing vs. buying, he also tirelessly explained how one can benefit from leasing. What I LOVE about Marvin the most is that not only he never once pressure me into purchasing or leasing a car, he is just absolutely a sweetheart with a friendly but yet professional attitude throughout the entire experience. I actually had my heart set on buying a WHITE CPO SKL250 at first, but I was a little too late and another sales agent had sold the car ten minutes after my second appointment with Marvin. But, what happened after that was just truly amazing.. Mavin actually found me another a silver CPO SLK that has lower mileage with sport package and fully loaded. After missing out on my original choice of a white SLK, I was eager to keep the silver one. Marvin actually helped me doing a deferred down payment, so they could hold the car for me while I sorted out my lemon car settlement fund from Chrysler. A day later... I actually almost changed my mind about the silver SLK, I wasn't thinking straight, xxxx..I was over-thinking and got brain into a frenzy. Lol. I began feeling confused about what color I truly wanted. But, thanks to Marvin, he helped to clear my confusions and he never once got upset with me for changing my mind repeatedly!!! If I was in his position, I'd most likely be frustrated to hold any car for a customer that kept changing her/his mind. Well, after Marvin made me realized that this CPO SLK was truly rare to come by... The rest was a no brainer. I am extremely that I've met Marvin and I honestly can say that I wouldn't want to work with any other sales agent but him!! I can't thank him enough with all the help that he has provided me with!!! Fletcher carried the vehicle but was about to ship the vehicle to another dealership in an entirely different city. Fortunately, Marvin was able to stop the shipping off of that vehicle and we were able to purchase our new SUV. Marvin took such good care of us. There were others looking to purchase the exact vehicle we wanted, but Marvin was able to hold on to the vehicle for dear life in order for us. Luis Rodriguez helped us in explaining all car features / packages. We book a car thats shipped from Germany. (there is car in stock, which i like but that's ordered / blocked by another customer) After a day Luis called me that vehicle in stock is available for purchase. We went next day and did purchase. Finance manager - Ajman Sardar is efficient and helped us with all paperwork. He was cool and explained all details required from insurance to service. Delivery specialist explained all new car features and took pics for us. From test drive to purchase its only one week with awesome experince. More
