Worst Shopping Experience Ever I went to Fremont Auto Mall- Mercedes Benz, this Monday, Labor's Day. And I was totally shocked, not by all the high-end Mercedes cars, but by the a I went to Fremont Auto Mall- Mercedes Benz, this Monday, Labor's Day. And I was totally shocked, not by all the high-end Mercedes cars, but by the awful customer service skills of Hamed Eshpari. I believe most of the dealers will welcome their customers to go inside of the store, and talk about what are the right cars for customers and then go for a test drive. However, Hamed Eshpari just drove me to another parking lot without discussing more details or telling me where we going until I asked. My friend and I just feel like he was very impatient and rushing through everything. That was only a start of my terrible experience at Fremont- Mercedes Benz. After we came back, I want to have him printed all the options of the car for me, so that I can decide which ones I want. The first time I asked him, he said “I can just tell you all the options you can choose.” But how can you expect a first time customer to remember all those more than 10 options of one car? So I asked him for the second time. He became more impatient and said “I already told you all the options.” And he still did not print that out for me. I just wonder how hard it is to print a paper for a customer? Then I gave up on getting a piece of paper from Hamed Eshpari. I wished he could tell me more about the car, since I expected the Mercedes Benz sales person to be professional and experienced. It turned out I was wrong. He did not give me more insights of the car, but keep asking me how do I want to pay? I felt like that I have been forced to give an answer to his unreasonable question. How can he be a good sales person if he made his customer feel uncomfortable? Last, he printed out several payment methods to me. I asked him if he can delete some options on the car, and he said, impatiently, “Ok, that is only 200 bucks.” Besides that, he also said something arrogant, like “Do you like Mercedes Benz?” and “What other cars could be better than Mercedes?” Until then, I was so irritated by him, and walked out your store. More

My first Mercedes Benz car was bought in 2011 and that time when I was shopping for C Recently I bought my 3rd and 4h Mercedes Benz Cars from Marvin. My first Mercedes Benz car was bought in 2011 and that time when I was shopping for C class, Marvin gave the best E-quote that beat all others I approached in my area. When I presented it to the officer at Enterprise Fleet Management (who were leasing it for me), he was so surprised with the quote, he made a comment that I am better negotiator than them and he will approach me for all future deals about Mercedes Benz Cars. Though the comment was made in passing, it validated my comaprison with other dealers in my ares. Just shows that how aggressive the quote was. Also I referred Marvin to my friend who got E-class from him and is happy. So next time if anyone is looking for any car, try getting a quote from Marvin. I am sure you will find it difficult to ignore. More
