Lost Title To car I would not recommend Fletcher Jones Motorcars. LOST TITLE to the used car that I purchased. . Mike Bates, Jason Li and Amin. Little help in proce I would not recommend Fletcher Jones Motorcars. LOST TITLE to the used car that I purchased. . Mike Bates, Jason Li and Amin. Little help in processing paperwork to help in registering car. Not capable of selling cars outside of California. Live out of state and they don't have expertise to help in registering car. Would only buy a car from dealership if live in the state of California. More

Ron as my service advisor. My assigned advisor was not in on Saturday morning. Ron took over my appointment for a scheduled A1 maintenance. I had him taking a second look on another warning message and he informed me later that it would take longer to have a complete diagnostic. The wire harness was out of stock and he arranged a loaner car for me. He kept me informed during the whole process. Thank you. More
