Worth the Wait Tito made my purchase so easy. My day started at 12:30 while I was on my way to the Livermore Jaguar dealer to look at F-Pace. While I was driving I Tito made my purchase so easy. My day started at 12:30 while I was on my way to the Livermore Jaguar dealer to look at F-Pace. While I was driving I noticed a sporty looking GLC 300 Mercedes . I went on line and Fletcher Jones came up. I emailed them about the car and they responded within 5 minutes. I told them I was on my way after I stopped by the Jag dealership. When I arrived at 3:00 Tito was waiting with the car ready for me to test drive. He was great and took His time explaining everything. I had no need to return to the Jag dealer because Tito at Fletcher Jones had everything I needed I drove off the lot with the car I wanted and paying the price I wanted. I'm very happy and will send my Family and Friends out there. It's funny my Sister purchased her Mercedes in Walnut Creek and didn't get the car she really wanted. She will be going to see Tito very soon. More

false features of used car bought/registration disaster! Purchased used 2016 450GLC on 11/23/18 and was told remote start was included. I was told by Mercedes me representative that I was given false information about features of that particular model. As soon as I found out, I emailed the one of the managers but still have not gotten a response. Although it was a used MB, I would have thought customer service would be the same as if I would have a bought brand new MB? In addition, vehicle was purchased in cash/check (yes, check cleared) but when registration finally came, it was showing financed through Mercedes-Benz. I called in January 2019 to try to fix the mistake and was given the run-around. I finally got through and spoke with an A.J. on 1/31 who assured me that it will be taken care of but nothing came of it (lip service) Called again on 2/22 to speak to finance person at signing and was told by Vida to contact her assistant to get situatuation fixed and that I will need to handle necessary requirements myself at DMV. When I asked why I would be the one to handle it myself since it was their mistake, I was then told that she was out of town and to contact her assistant. Yes, I am still waiting to have registration corrected as well as my "pink slip". I have left several messages but to no avail. Customer service does not seem to follow their creed of "the very best or nothing", it's nothing! More

Exceptional Experience, Jason Li is the Best! Buying a car is a bit difficult, compared to other purchase, and certain dealership sometimes tends to make it more difficult. However, it is NOT the Buying a car is a bit difficult, compared to other purchase, and certain dealership sometimes tends to make it more difficult. However, it is NOT the case with Fletcher Jones! When we could not find the car we were looking for in another dealership, I called this dealership and Jason Li followed up my inquiries and tried to locate one matching car in other place. As first-time Benz buyer, Jason patiently explained everything to me and my wife, and drove us around to demo the functionalities. The color we want is hard to find, putting all other features together made it ever harder. Jason Li suggested that we buy carPlay instead and give up on Navigation package, which saved us lots of money for something unnecessary. With the car located, the price negotiation seems to be very smooth. We walked into the dealership around 1:00 PM, and happily walked out of the dealership with signed contract around 3:30 PM. More

I walked into Fletcher Jones just another potential customer and in the end left the dealership without a deal. No harm no foul. 20 minutes later my phone rings and its Marvin. After a few minutes he learns that I am a current Fletcher Jones customer. Game over. “Give me a few minutes”. Within 30 minutes Marvin calls me back and makes me an offer I thought not possible. I return the following week and walk in “the most important customer”. They took my Fletcher Jones Porsche off my hands with nothing more than a signature and we drive out in a new AMG.
