Great sales manager We got the pleasure to be helped by Oscar shopping around for a Mercedes, eventhough we didn’t get one as we still have a lease hanging with another d We got the pleasure to be helped by Oscar shopping around for a Mercedes, eventhough we didn’t get one as we still have a lease hanging with another dealership that we are considering revoking it due to horrible customer experience at That other dealership, we contacted Oscar and advised him of the situation, he was very accommodating, we arrived at the dealership to find him waiting for us with the keys straight to the test drive, then the price negotiation was such a relief with no surprises and he’d do anything to make ends meet, knowing that we still have to have a closure to that other lease we are stuck with. Although we didn’t really finalize a deal today, as we are being pulled from the other side with that other dealership, we know for sure that once we are done we are headed back to Oscar for another world class experience like he provided today!
