Great sales manager We got the pleasure to be helped by Oscar shopping around for a Mercedes, eventhough we didn’t get one as we still have a lease hanging with another d We got the pleasure to be helped by Oscar shopping around for a Mercedes, eventhough we didn’t get one as we still have a lease hanging with another dealership that we are considering revoking it due to horrible customer experience at That other dealership, we contacted Oscar and advised him of the situation, he was very accommodating, we arrived at the dealership to find him waiting for us with the keys straight to the test drive, then the price negotiation was such a relief with no surprises and he’d do anything to make ends meet, knowing that we still have to have a closure to that other lease we are stuck with. Although we didn’t really finalize a deal today, as we are being pulled from the other side with that other dealership, we know for sure that once we are done we are headed back to Oscar for another world class experience like he provided today! Amazing service I live in Marin but bought a new GLS 450 from Fletcher Mercedes Benz 4 months ago. I called the Mercedes Benz dealership in Marin and SF (b/c closer t I live in Marin but bought a new GLS 450 from Fletcher Mercedes Benz 4 months ago. I called the Mercedes Benz dealership in Marin and SF (b/c closer to my home) and all were so rude and unhelpful. I have a brand new, 4 month old car with break lights that went on. I have 4200 miles on the car I explained to the service departments and one said they had to run a diagnostic and neither had a loaner car for a week out plus will cost $225 just to see what’s wrong with my breaks. Ummmm, did I tell u that I have 100k warranty and prepaid maintenance on it PLUS breaks should not b worn out in 4K miles!!! I ended up calling Fletchers Jones Mercedes,,where I purchased it and they addressed my issue immediately and had me into a Benz loaner within 3 hours. By the time I got there, the loaner was ready to go. AND.......When car was ready, they delivered to my office in SF. Wow! That’s service as it should be. Thank u Moe and Michael!!!! More
