Marvin initially let us explore and drive both 2020 GLE 350 and 450 models, so we could have a good comparison. Next, he went through options and colors choices and spent time with my wife and I, we narrowed down our preferences. Marvin then scoured the internet for the vehicle that best fit our preferences. He found a beautiful 2020 GLE 450 with all the tech and appearance packages that we wanted and had it delivered to the dealership. He then made sure we downloaded the Mercedes Me connect app on our iPhones and taught us how to use the app and proceeded to instruct us on all the features and controls-both from the mobile phone and from within the vehicle. He was also patient and understanding with our needs and provided over the top service, as we had left some items in our lease turn in 2017 GLE 350, and Marvin made sure the items were delivered directly to my office the next day. Marvin even sent a driver to my home the next day to retrieve the extra 2017 GLE 350 key that I had found later, so I would not have to drive back to the dealership. This is over the top service that is rarely seen, let alone in the car sales business. I definitely will be returning to Marvin for my next Mercedes Benz in the future. More
