We had a negative experience with a different dealership however Oscar Blanco at Fletcher Jones Mercedes-Benz of Fremont was able to turn it around and restore our faith in car leasing! Oscar is very accommodating, professional, honest, patient and knowledgable. Oscar knew exactly what our car needs are and was well aware of our budget. He was able to give us not only a great deal but also exactly the car we wanted (exact exterior and interior colors, packages, features, etc...) and all was done in a timely manner, he is definitely our go to Sales Person for all our future Mercedes cars. Our experience was straight forward, no pushing, no upselling for unnecessary products/services, approval was almost immediate and everything was finalized in no time. Overall great experience, no pushy salesmen for me! We had just visited the Lexus dealer down the street and had a terrible experience with a super pushy and almost aggressive salesman. We were about to head home but I decided to check out the GLA style. When we showed up, there were no salesmen on the lot so we looked around and found a cool GLA 250 that caught my attention. Shortly after, Mo Nuno came out to ask how we were doing. We spun up a nice conversation and he allowed the conversation to grow organically which was completely opposite of the Lexus salesman. We took the GLA for a test drive and I fell in love. Still not completely convinced I needed to buy the car, Mo asked if I wanted to look at some numbers, having nothing to lose we went inside. The conversation continued to grow organically which allowed for a great experience on my end and a sale on their end. More
