Excellent Customer Service Experience About 2 weeks ago I was introduced to Marvin Ledesma of Fletcher Jones Mercedes Of Fremont. A friend of mine had purchased a 2019 Mercedes Benz E300. About 2 weeks ago I was introduced to Marvin Ledesma of Fletcher Jones Mercedes Of Fremont. A friend of mine had purchased a 2019 Mercedes Benz E300. I was actually amazed by all the features in the vehicle. I asked Marvin to see what he can do to get me one identical to my friends by in Black. He took my application and stated give me a week. Later that week on Friday, I get a call from Marvin stating that he got everything pre-approved and for me to come on down that evening. When I arrived I meet with his Finance Manager Obaid who was working hard to put the paperwork all together for me to sign. These 2 gentlemen had me in and out within an 1hr. My wife and I had been searching for a family van for our expanding family for months when we saw a previously owned Mercedes Metris passenger van lis My wife and I had been searching for a family van for our expanding family for months when we saw a previously owned Mercedes Metris passenger van listed at Fletcher Jones Motor Cars of Fremont. We were hesitant about buying through a dealer and had mixed experiences at other dealers for different cars across town. After a few minutes at Fletcher Jones, we were completely at ease. Mojeeb showed us the Metris and we felt 100% taken care of and not at all rushed or pushed in test driving the car (we are pretty methodical in trying new cars and some other dealerships had been less than patient). Mojeeb went with us on a long test drive and made sure to show us how all of the features of the van worked. He worked very hard to make sure that any questions we had were answered and went above and beyond in making sure we got all of our concerns cleared up. When we decided to sleep on the decision, there was no pushiness or attempt to hurry our decision. The next day we returned and purchased the car. The finance office was also patient and allowed us to exhaust all of our questions before we had to sign anything. Overall we had a great experience and would totally recommend Fletcher Jones which is saying a lot since we were pretty set against buying a used car through a dealer at the beginning of our search.
