Always a Great Experience I've taken my ML350 to Fletcher Jones for Service in the last 4 years. Each visit has always been received with great customer care. However, this las I've taken my ML350 to Fletcher Jones for Service in the last 4 years. Each visit has always been received with great customer care. However, this last time was exceptional! AJ and the entire service department did everything they could to diagnose a problem the car was having, (one that I had previously come to service but nothing was found). This time they went above & beyond to locate the issue, they found the problem and they fixed it! I'm truly grateful and as always, every person I encountered was extremely friendly and made my experience more than pleasant! More
