First of all, I got a smoking deal from them and I am very happy with the price, but I didn't expect them (and especially JB) to dedicate his time this much for an already closed deal. He almost calls me on every step of the process to make sure that the service department prepared my car before my flight back home. he made sure that the shuttle service has my car ready and even called me to make sure when my flight lands to make sure everything is ready. In one word, JB and Fletcher Jones is amazing. More

Service was great, picking up my car not so great I've been coming to Fletcher Jones for about 15 years for servicing of my cars. The dealership has always run like a well oiled machine....until recen I've been coming to Fletcher Jones for about 15 years for servicing of my cars. The dealership has always run like a well oiled machine....until recently when they instituted a policy of having customers return to their service adviser to cash out and pick up their vehicle after servicing. That policy may work for some, but for me it's a hassle and a huge waste of my time. I paid for my most recent service online the night before I went to pick up my car. Silly me, I thought that meant that I could simply go to the valet and pick up my car. WRONG! Nope, I still had to go to my service adviser, who was running around, working and not in his office at the time. Then I had to track down some random employee to check me out. This is not the efficient service I've come to expect from Fletcher Jones. The old way of going to the cashier was faster and less annoying than this new policy. I'm hoping this situation is fixed before my next visit. Thank you. More
