Great experience for our first Benz! We did a lot of research before selecting this dealership for our car purchase. Let me tell you we had a lot of dealerships to choose from. I live in NV and choose to drive to Newport to pickup our new Benz (they offered to deliver). This is the first Mercedes for our family so, a lot of planning went into my decision! The moment I called (after searching inventory) I spoke with Bill H. Who broke down the process and went over my options. He was attentive and got everything rolling. I ended up working with his manager Joey G. Who from the beginning made sure I knew that he wanted me to be comfortable and happy with everything throughout the process. As soon as I arrived to the dealership Joey meet me and brought Erik with him. Erik was instructed to show us the car and make sure we were happy with our 60k+ purchase. Erik was awesome to deal with he went above and beyond and had our car re detailed when my wife mentioned something. All in all we are very pleased with this dealership and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone. Ask for Joey this guy handles business and gets stuff done. Thanks all! More
