Catelyn my service advisor was a great communicator. She sent me a text message letting me know my car was ready and how and what to do to pick it up. The valet service was amazing as well. Car Service at Fletcher Jones I would say it was good service. I would not call it "exceptional". Maybe the staff was a little ,too busy that day. Before I even got there I did I would say it was good service. I would not call it "exceptional". Maybe the staff was a little ,too busy that day. Before I even got there I did text the sales person who sold the car to me to see if he can help refer me to the right party to service the car. I did text him twice in 2 different days but never heard back. He could have simply just gave me a phone #. I managed to call and get information from another person. As for Ray, he was good ...…………..but nothing was done exceptional and that was good for me as I am not looking for exceptional. Thanks More

Ray Schroeder at Fletcher Jones is a Superstar I had a horrible experience getting my car fixed until Ray Schroeder came onto the scene. I called FJ a few months ago after breaking the glass in one I had a horrible experience getting my car fixed until Ray Schroeder came onto the scene. I called FJ a few months ago after breaking the glass in one of my back windows. I called in several times and was told that the glass was on order, then I'd wait a few weeks and call back in and get the same answer. Finally, after getting a little upset, I was called back and told the glass had suddenly arrived. I was excited to get this problem resolved and scheduled an appointment. However, upon arriving, I was told that the glass wasn't actually there and had never been ordered. My service rep, Ray Schroeder, was very disappointed to learn what happened and promised me he would do everything he could to right the situation. Honestly, at that point, I didn't care when the problem was resolved, I was just comforted to know that somebody cared and would help me get it resolved. And that's exactly what happened a couple weeks later when I got a text from him and was told the part had some. Ray Schroeder is a total superstar. He listens, quickly resolves problems, and really cares about customer satisfaction. I am grateful that I hit the FJ lottery and was able to get him as my service rep that day. More
