We came in to have my wife’s car service and I dropped my S550 off because the fuel door wasn’t opening. Chad was the available service writer and explained to me that the part had to be ordered and it would S550 off because the fuel door wasn’t opening. The service was good but the fact that the part wasn’t in stock and very expensive when it was only $75 on Amazon was disappointing. More

Starter not starting Rodrigo needed extra days to determine the problem and I know it wasn't easy. Over the holiday he politely asked if I needed a loaner which I didn't Rodrigo needed extra days to determine the problem and I know it wasn't easy. Over the holiday he politely asked if I needed a loaner which I didn't and he got me on my way quickly. He kept up with communication about the problem and if I again needed a loaner car. This time I did. He got me into the car and let me know we would be updated as they worked on it. They didn't find any issues but I appreciated the effort. Great service. More
