I was surprised that the cost to replace my breaks and my service B were less expensive at Fletcher Jones than an individual shop. Good communication with my service advisor. Grateful the costs were more reasonable because it really is so much easier taking my car to Fletcher Jones mainly because they give you a loaner and really make things easy. More

I recently purchased a C63 amg from fletcher jones motorcars in Newport beach, California. I live in Texas and the entire process was handled in the most unprofessional way. 1) sales person was great motorcars in Newport beach, California. I live in Texas and the entire process was handled in the most unprofessional way. 1) sales person was great until I sent a $5,000 deposit to reserve the vehicle, once he received it, as much as I tried to contact him, I never heard from him again. 2) finance department sent me papers to sign in front of a notary, well they didn’t send all the documents so we had to do this process twice. Waste of time. 3) car was supposed to be shipped on a covered truck for protection, waited for almost 2 weeks for a covered truck, then the car is finally shipped in an uncovered truck. When I called to question it they said it was a system error. 4) I was told they would handle all the title and registration process and that all I would have to do is get the car inspected in Texas. I then would have to send the original report to an office in Irvine California, so I did. I sent the document, waited for 3 weeks and did not get the license plate so I contacted the dealer again. They apologized and said the documentation was not complete and there were other papers I needed to sign and send to them. Why didn’t they contact me when they received what I sent to tell me there were still more papers to sign? 5) frustrated with all this process I wrote an email to the general manager, mr Ed Kogan, he never bothered responding or even acknowledging my email. Last thing, when I got the car and started driving it, a supposedly certified car, at around 60mph the vehicle started shaking, took it to my local dealership and they said a rim was damaged and needed to be replaced. They tried calling the dealer that sold me the car but they never returned their call either. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!! More
