They ask you to take Uber up to $20 round trip !!the cheapest fare and supposedly you walk or sit home for rest of repair time? Air port time got limited! Car wash by long waits appointment! Really? If you got too busy can’t have loaner, car wash and Airport limitation is because we bought and you sold more and more $$$$$ for dealership. Staff got rude too. Down the hill 👎 More

Also ped Edro, was very knowledgeable in demonstrating me all the features that my new vehicle has. I have purchased vehicles from other dealerships and I’ve never had such a great experience like I did here at Fletcher Jones. I purchased a vehicle that was advertised as being in excellent con recently had a deeply disappointing experience with Fletcher Jones Motorsport MB. I purchased a vehicle that was advertised as being in excellent condition, but it quickly became apparent that this was far from the truth. Firstly, the dealership assured me that the car had a clean history with no accidents. However, after not being able to charge the car we discovered that the car had been excluded from charging due to it having a junk title. I discovered that the vehicle had been issued a junk/salvage title after our purchase. The vehicle history report I obtained independently confirmed. When I spoke to management, they were unhelpful and dismissive, making the entire experience even more frustrating. Overall, my experience with Fletcher Jones MB has been nothing short of a nightmare. I feel deceived and taken advantage of. I strongly advise others to avoid this dealership and look elsewhere for an honest and reliable car-buying experience. More

We made an appointment, after 1 hour of wasting our time, we were not even given a chance to test drive the car wasting our valuable time, we had to chase to get a response as what was going on. They just don't want brown customers! More
Although our experience with FJ started well during the leasing phase, it's what happened afterward that absolutely ruined the experience and put a sour taste in our mouths. After we turned in our previous lease to FJ a month early, we were assured there would be no additional charges. A month after we receive a bill from Mercedes Financial for over $1,100 for "damages", things that we could have fixed at a local body shop for $200-300 max! When we contacted our sales person that helped us with the new lease and turning in the old lease, he said that they meant there are no charges for payments, but obviously they did not mean damages. This is something that they did not specify at all during the process, and as a consumer there's no way for us to know these things are different...when you're told there will be no more charges there's no way for us to know there's a difference. After a month of going back and forth, they basically said there's nothing they can do and we are responsible for those charges. We then receive a notice from the DMV to renew the registration for the old lease a couple weeks ago, when we contacted FJ they mentioned that happened because the car hasn't been sold yet so title hasn't been transferred. We then had to release liability with the DMV to attempt to remove this car from our records. You'd think when you're going to the #1 MBZ dealer in the country that the level of service would be as expected but this has honestly been one of the worst experiences I've ever had with car dealers.
