Kalyn gave perfect customer service! Same with Rubin while kalyn was out. They kept me up to date AND followed up! The service loan coord. What I value most is the time they put into the car wash when I picked it up. I felt it was excellent! The car was clean!!! And they dried it off too! I think when a service dept brings back your car to you, not just the service they did to your car was done, but they showed they took care of your car while it was with them. And fletcher Jones definitely took care of my car. THANK YOU! More

Leslie was very helpful. Five stars times ten is how good she is with not only service abilities but in personality. Needing a quick response for smog issues and vehicle registration, Leslie quickly made eve she is with not only service abilities but in personality. Needing a quick response for smog issues and vehicle registration, Leslie quickly made everything on time perfectly. Hugely helpful. What was discovered while my SL500 was with Fletcher was leaking valve covers. Issue there is I had recently had the gaskets replaced by an independent service and obviously a mistake. Sure enough Mercedes may change a bit higher hourly rate but truth is it is worth it to know things are done correctly. Cant say enough good things about Leslie and Fletcher Jones. If you buy a good car, then excellent service only makes sense. More
