Just be aware the whole entire team at the Fletcher Jones and their operation team is a scam. I found the vehicle on Mercedes Benz USA website and it showed an availability at the Fletcher Jones. I called and their operation team is a scam. I found the vehicle on Mercedes Benz USA website and it showed an availability at the Fletcher Jones. I called their number and talked to sales rep online and they confirmed the vehicle’s availability. I provided my information to them and they said to make a deal I must go and see their GM and at that level he would make impossible deals possible. I went to their dealership with 20 min and the GM introduced me to another salesperson and on the way to the lot I told him what I was trying to achieve then he started walking back to his office and totally ignored me. I followed him to his office and this dude said sorry we don’t have this car in our lot and we cant give a deal at that price. Since I was in the area I stopped by at Laguna Niguel Mercedes Benz and they gave me an amazing deal on the same vehicle with a better price and customer service. Fletcher Jones runs by bunch of scammers and horrible team sorry for the owner of this dealership. More
