Very good experience. The young men and women making initial contact on the service deck were courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Peter Dillion, as our service coordinator, gave us an estimate of po initial contact on the service deck were courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Peter Dillion, as our service coordinator, gave us an estimate of possible time the service would be finished but cautioned that there were a lot of cars in for service and our work might not be completed on Friday. He called around 4:30 in the afternoon and confirmed the work was not completed, but assured us it would be done on Saturday morning. (The delay was not a problem, as we had been provided a loaner vehicle) The car was ready Saturday morning and we received a call to that effect. Return of the loaner and pickup of our car were simple and quick. More
