After failing the smog check twice, I took my E430 Mercedes to Fletcher Jones for inspection. Katelyn Troung was my advisor. She was very helpful all along and went over all the details with me, Mike Swistak, the shop foreman worked extensively on my car. Finally, my car passed the smog check on the last expiration date and I got my renewal sticker. I want to thank Ketelyn and Mike for an excellent job done. They really cared for the customer and walked the extra mile for me. I give Fletcher Jones a "Five Star" rating for the outstanding service provided to me. I want to thank Fletcher Jones for having such wonderful representatives like Katelyn and Mike. Have a happy holiday season and a prosperous year in 2022. More

Avoid this dealership at all costs. They bait and switch and do not take any accountability for their mistakes. I went today to purchase a new Mercedes for wife. After we agreed on all the terms and tha and do not take any accountability for their mistakes. I went today to purchase a new Mercedes for wife. After we agreed on all the terms and that I would pick up the car in a couple hours as I was getting a cashiers check, they abruptly called me a few hours later and said they sold the car to someone else. I asked them how this could happen as I had sent them a photo of my cashiers check made out to them prior, they said that “it’s not within their control” but they will get me another one for $2k more but give me a complimentary Mercedes t short for my troubles. I have purchased many cars and never ran into a dealership that is run like a circus. Sales people just up sell and I need to take a shower after dealing with these folks slimy tactics. Needless to say, they ruined my wife’s day where it was suppose to be a pleasant Christmas gift experience which turned into a circus. There are many other Mercedes dealerships around town so stick to the more reputable ones to avoid the heartache. More
