Avoid this dealership at all costs. They bait and switch and do not take any accountability for their mistakes. I went today to purchase a new Mercedes for wife. After we agreed on all the terms and tha and do not take any accountability for their mistakes. I went today to purchase a new Mercedes for wife. After we agreed on all the terms and that I would pick up the car in a couple hours as I was getting a cashiers check, they abruptly called me a few hours later and said they sold the car to someone else. I asked them how this could happen as I had sent them a photo of my cashiers check made out to them prior, they said that “it’s not within their control” but they will get me another one for $2k more but give me a complimentary Mercedes t short for my troubles. I have purchased many cars and never ran into a dealership that is run like a circus. Sales people just up sell and I need to take a shower after dealing with these folks slimy tactics. Needless to say, they ruined my wife’s day where it was suppose to be a pleasant Christmas gift experience which turned into a circus. There are many other Mercedes dealerships around town so stick to the more reputable ones to avoid the heartache. More
