I contacted Fletcher very warm when entering was very busy but made sure I was okay to wait and I sat at the area for customers. I them went outside where my experience was great. Elijah was there to assist on all questions and open up SUV that I was interested in. I felt like I was important I then was just thinking maybe I will go home and think more. He then showed me a Silver GLE350 and we took a drive he knew all the features and this was refreshing because that was not the experience from another dealership.
