I contacted Fletcher very warm when entering was very busy but made sure I was okay to wait and I sat at the area for customers. I them went outside where my experience was great. Elijah was there to assist on all questions and open up SUV that I was interested in. I felt like I was important I then was just thinking maybe I will go home and think more. He then showed me a Silver GLE350 and we took a drive he knew all the features and this was refreshing because that was not the experience from another dealership. When I said I would think about it Tommy Tran spoke to me to get to know my needs and that was great! He then said let me help you get what you need. More
