I'll admit, I've heard all the bad hype about FJ, so I was ready to go to MBLN. However, since it's my local dealer and I had heard good things about Thomas Carnevale, I thought I'd give him a shot - and was ready to go to MBLN. However, since it's my local dealer and I had heard good things about Thomas Carnevale, I thought I'd give him a shot - and he did not dissapoint. EXTREMELY patient, NOT pushy, this was the best car buying experience I've ever had! Got an '06 E350 far below MSRP, and will be recommending him and his assistant Andreas for all future MB purchases. More
Got a great deal on my new CLK and more than a fair trade, whatsmore these guys (technically in fleet sales) both spent 6 hours with me to find the right car and the right deal. Very professional and trade, whatsmore these guys (technically in fleet sales) both spent 6 hours with me to find the right car and the right deal. Very professional and pretty straightforward. And as commentary to a few of the other reviews: I do not own a Rolex! :) I went in there in sweats. Rich people do not stay that way by paying inflated prices and not possessing business savvy. I've always gotten the best results at dealerships by going through fleet sales, calling in advance for an appointment, and knowing what I wanted and generally what they had to offer BEFORE walking in the door. My two cents. High marks for sales, and also the service department took very good care of me while installing some options. My ony complaint thus far is that I washed the car myself which revealed a lot of contamination in the paint job. Spent two days claying and polishing the paint myself on a brand new $62,000 (MSRP) car. But now it looks great. I love the amenities FJ offers, the loaner cars, starbucks, airport parking, nail salon, internet work cubicles. Assuming the car holds together, I certainly plan to go back for more and already have referred a few friends. More
I leased a 2000 ML320 from FJ in Oct. 2000. Got pretty reasonable deal, with year end close out. Gunny Bishop is the type of guy you would have over for dinner, definately not the stereotype greasy salesman. He's nice, straightforward and treats you like you want to be treated. Mike Schmidt is my se dinner, definately not the stereotype greasy salesman. He's nice, straightforward and treats you like you want to be treated. Mike Schmidt is my service advisor who follows each detail on your car and does call you with the status. He also knows his cars and offers a solution even before the mechanic touches it. Although a very busy shop(a good sign to me) I have always had outstanding service. The extras (free car wash, free airport shuttle) are the icing on the cake. I'm sure some may have had a bad experience, but if you use these 2 guys, you won't! Been with them since Jan 2001. More
I have now known and dealt with Thomas Carnevale since 1997. He represents professionalism, knowledge of current model specs, new and used inventory, alerts you to future model changes, and is an outright 1997. He represents professionalism, knowledge of current model specs, new and used inventory, alerts you to future model changes, and is an outright pleasure to deal with. In short, he closes the loop on the human side for Mercedes Benz's fine reputation. You won't find him on the car lot though, he works on his book of existing customer base and associated referrals which I am pleased to make again here :-) -RK, Irvine, CA More
I purchased and have my C230 serviced at FJ. When I purchased the car (new) the front end was out of alignment, caused excessive tire wear and they would not replace the tires. Was not happy with that purchased the car (new) the front end was out of alignment, caused excessive tire wear and they would not replace the tires. Was not happy with that experience. However routine service has been good. They have free airport parking and a airport shuttle which makes it easy for those who travel a lot. The service department seems to be operating at maximum capacity as they are allways full. Overall FJ is pretty good, not the best, but I would not hesitate to continue using them. That is as long as you are very specific about what you want done to your car. More
Over the past few years I've had our 1998 ML-320 serviced at Fletcher Jones and have always dealt with JP as my service advisor.
I drive 32,500 miles a year so I've seen more of JP than most folks. He's at Fletcher Jones and have always dealt with JP as my service advisor.
I drive 32,500 miles a year so I've seen more of JP than most folks. He's consistently accurate, kind and wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend asking for him when scheduling a service visit. As others have stated, this dealership works on mucho cars every day and it would be very easy to get lost in the crowd, if not for a top notch service advisor like JP. More

Fletcher Jones used to be a top rated dealership, but has really gone downhill within the last year. The Service department is completely overloaded with the volume of cars coming in, workmanship is very poo really gone downhill within the last year. The Service department is completely overloaded with the volume of cars coming in, workmanship is very poor now and my advisor was a complete idiot - never called, no communication - would not return my calls - even ordered some parts for my car and never told me why. Sales people there are smooth and sleazy - not will to work with you at all. The Sales department benefits from an affluent area in which people generally dont care what they pay. I will never buy a car here again. More
