I was referred by a friend of mine from England to your dealership. I also heard alot of good comment of Fletcher Jones service but I never believe it until I experience it yesterday evening. The sales rep(Joon Lee) is very friendly and helpful eventhough he was busy taking care of his customer prior to us. He is awesome. I am still overwhelm with the service and the great deal I got :) I also want to thank you for the last guy who stayed for us (Tony) he patiently go thru the car with me thoroughly. Dean Pontikos was a great salesperson and made me very confortable for buying the car He was not pushy and went on without a single inapproperiate question which we all see from saleperson. I told him I will see him relatively soon to buy a car for my son who is gratuating Law school on 12/21/09 tomorrow. I have bought 44 cars in closed to 18 years and we never keep car more than 3 years and I am kind of woory if I have made a mistake by not trying your dealership. Made an appointment with one sales rep to see if they can top the offers from other dealers. Upon arriving, another rep Tommy Tran showed up saying there is a family emergency with the guy I made appointmen top the offers from other dealers. Upon arriving, another rep Tommy Tran showed up saying there is a family emergency with the guy I made appointment with(Whom I just spokie to minutes ealier). After a brief conversation and found out the discount I was looking for. He mumbled to himself that no wonder the sales lead was given to him. He became unfriendly, almost hostile and ultimately brought in a senior manager. That manager explained nicely the reason they can't do the deal which I totally respect. If my initial encounter was with that respectful manager, I would still consider going abck there one day. They should not just hire anybody from the street. All of us are looking for the best possible deal out there. Sometimes, even pricing isn't the best, sales can still be made based on other factors. I have to say that this is one of my worst experience ever at a Mercedes dealership. More
Mr. Henry is not one of the best service advisors I have worked with in Mercedes dealerships since the 1950s. Steve Henry is, by far, T-H-E B-E-S-T, always thoughtful, efficient, courteous and with excellen worked with in Mercedes dealerships since the 1950s. Steve Henry is, by far, T-H-E B-E-S-T, always thoughtful, efficient, courteous and with excellenct communication skills, concise and complete, in his presenting the most complex automotive repair situations and suggestions for the future care of my Mercedes automobiels from FJM's. I was very disappointed to see that Ramin Arian had left the dealership last year so I will probably buy from a deler closer to my South orange County home. We continue to use Fletcher Jones for service and detailing of the vehilce and have found tht to be a flawless experience. It always amazes me how many vehicles and people they move through this dealership. More
I wanted to commend the airport shuttle that Fletcher Jones offers to all clients if you purchase your car from them. On Sunday, my flight landed at 10:40pm and the gate was occupied by another airplane. Jones offers to all clients if you purchase your car from them. I called the shuttle service number and the gentleman who responded said that he would park the car outside the gates if I wasn't off the plane by 11pm which was thier last run. He also asked that I call him if I did manage to get off the plan before then. I got off the plane at around 10:55p but was waiting for a suitcase. At this time, the shuttle was at the airport. Eva, the driver, had notcied that the line for taxis was extremely long. Apparently, the dispatcher had let the taxis go away not realizing that a couple of flights were still due in. In any event, the gentleman at the office called me and said that he recommended that I pick up the car first and then return to the airport for my luggage, and they held the shuttle for me for a couple of minutes while I got over to the pick up area. And that's what I did, and it worked out well. They didn't just follow the standard process but adapted it to the situation. As always, FJ Mercedes continues to delight with outstanding customer service. More
They have this loyalty lease return deal that they promised you no penalty, no additional lease payment, they will pay off the lease, and get you a new lease, a bunch of BS. What they did was to bake the early termination penalty into the new lease, increase the lease payment without proper disclosing, and push you thru the deal. Very tricky. The dealer is desperate now and they will try anything just to sell a car. I called their manager to complaint later and he said to me - too bad, you signed the contract, California do not have cooling off period. I will never buy any car from this dealer again. More
My mother has leased all of her Mercedes from Fletcher Jones, and was completely satisfied. I knew I would be treated right and not be pressured into a vehicle I did not want. The sales representative, Rick Kilekas, was patient and accessed the list of all vehicles available in the US which contained the options I desired. Rick Kilekas made sure I was in the "right" car. I look forward to dealing with him in the future. More
Traded in vehicle with Craig Silva and was told the mileage would be written off if vehicle was leased from them. Traded in and took home. Months later received calls from finance department stating mileage needed to be paid. Criag said not to pay and that he was taking care of it. Months later receive letter from collections. Called Fletcher Jones and was informed Mr. Silva no longer worked there. Spoke to Paul Abraham who said he would look into it and not to call collection agency. After a few days with no response, called collections and was informed no one contacted them. Called the finance department and received the run around. Credit negatively affected with no attempt from Fletcher Jones to rectify their mess. Am in process of filing suit. More
My wife and I bought a 2006 S430 from FJ and initially were content with the people and the deal we got. But after only 3 weeks things changed considerably: 1) The second key that was promised to be sent to us (because the original one was broken by them during the test drive) was never sent and was later told that because of fraud issues we would have to drive over a hour and a half to order and then again to pick up. 2) car head light went out after 2 weeks even after we were shown a 2-3 page list of items that were checked and certfied but the service dept. 3). In less then 3 weeks the transmission now seems to be failing and is back at a local dealership for diagnosis and repair. My wife and I placed serveral calls and sent emails to FJ management and sales people and were left with "understand why you feel upset" but nothing in the way of assistance in remedding the situation. I understand that cars are going to have problems but to have significant problems within 2-3 weeks of buying and then to get oh well from a dealership that says "it has grown in to one ...... and most respected automotive groups in the world". I certainly have lost all respect for them and unless things change dramatically will never recommend them to anyone and actually would suggest other options to anyone I talk to about buying a MB. More
