The have the most informed and flexible sales teams, best service, best ancillary benefits (such as their free shuttle service to John Wayne airport, free car washes, et al). I have found them to be professional, courteous, friendly, making the car buying experience a positive one....and that is saying a lot, considering what we all know can be an extremely frustrating and maddening experience with most dealers. The service department is second-to-none and they do a terrific job from the time you drive into the service bay and have your service advisor meet you at the actual time of your appointment, through picking up your car and leaving, knowing that your car has been given the best care possible. The first time I tried the moonroof the shade got stuck about halfway open and bunches up like an accordion. The sales manager Anthony was willing to do what ever it took to make the deal, including staying late as well as allowing Mike to go pick up my son from Dana Point from Squidding because I was not willing to let him in my new car all fishy smelling, he was truly a smelly smell that smells smelly. Angel was very efficient and friendly in financing and got the paper work done before the car was even done being washed. Over all it was a great experience and I never felt pressured by anyone at the dealership, at the same time I knew that I was not going to be leaving without that new Coupe simply because they were not going to let me leave unsatisfied by not giving me the deal that I had set on the table from the beginning. I have spoken with the very friendly and helpful Josh that assured me he would get the moonroof shade problem resolved in service while getting my wife acquainted with all of the many features on her new car. Best car buying experience I ever had. The team was very reasonable and extremely knowledgeable.
