After owning several European automobiles, this is my first Mercedez. It took over 6 hours to complete the transaction, which is ridiculous! Alex was very distracted, and took several phone calls durin first Mercedez. It took over 6 hours to complete the transaction, which is ridiculous! To my dismay, he actually had an "army movie" playing on huge TV screen in his office! I know I didn't stop in to watch/listen to movies!! In fact, I was getting ready to leave the dealership WITHOUT making a deal until I met Phil (not sure of his last name but he is the Sales Mgr.). In all my years of purchasing/leasing automobiles, he is one of the most genuine individuals I have met in your industry. VERY creative, and sincere...traits not often associated with the auto industry. BECAUSE OF PHIL ONLY I left with a new car. I expected much more from Fletcher Jones, based on the reputation, advertising, and the number of Fletcher Jones license plate frames I see in the area. I thought the experience fell well short of my expectation. More
