Mike did a great job with this sale. He's a very easy going, "non sales" kind of guy and that made the purchase process go very well. The paperwork part wasn't to bad and didn't have to wait that long which was nice as well. Only minor issue was parking when I drove in. It was a busy saturday and there wasn't really anywhere to park my car as I had to move it twice. Eventually setteling on the far north end of the lot. And indeed, that is what I received. I received exceptional service from time I arrived, until the time I left. The service far exceeds your wildest imagination. The caliber, quality, and friendliness of the sales people made this visit off the charts!!! Before I got inside the office, at least four sales associates asked me had I been helped......Wow!!!! He introduced me to the Hale group and they offered their service when I was ready to get a new car. I was impressed with their humility and personal touch. Id didn't feel like a high-pressure sales car dealership. In fact, I felt very comfortable and never experienced car sales like this (Even better than the competetion beginning with a B and ending with a W!) After more than a decade of working with Fletcher Jones,the GM, Garth, personally greets us when he sees us and walks us over to meet with Jason for our prearranged appointment. Jason is knowledgeable of the inventory available on the lot, knows our needs and requirements and directs us to the vehicle that we purchased with Dennis as the salesperson. In this huge lot of hundreds of vehicles we went directly to the one we purchased with only a cursory look at the one other that happened to be parked right there. Dennis is a very friendly, competent and knowledgeable salesperson and patiently answered all of Izzy's questions to her satisfaction. Our service experience with Tony Irvani over the years has been the best I have ever experienced over 40 years of owning and driving cars and working with dealerships.
