This dealership is A1! I lived in Dallas Texas for many years and the Mercedes dealer their Park Place was an outstanding dealership. I leased and bought several cars for them over the years. I became friends with the sales professional who sold me the cars and the service department was exceptional to deal with. The experience at that dealership made me feel my business was valued. I moved to California and began looking for a dealership. A friend of mine at my office told me of his great experience at Fletcher Jones in Newport Beach and encourage me when I was ready to trade to contact them. I can honestly say it was a wonderful referral that I have referred Fletcher Jones to several of my other friends seeking a car. Jeremic Vladan “Jeremy” is outstanding to deal with he makes the transaction effortless. And I feel that my business is valued at this dealership. It is unfortunate that it is 2 1/2 hours away from where I live in Palm Springs California, however it is worth it to drive to do business in Newport at Fletcher Jones. More
