Ali Moraveji was a fantastic salesman, and Bradley Cooper made the paperwork part of the process go quicker than expected while still making sure I understood everything I was signing. With my lease coming due and the industry shortage of vehicles, Eric reached out and suggested that I order exactly what I wanted in a new vehicle, and I did. I was apprehensive at first but Eric made the whole process effortless. He checked in with me periodically to let me know about the build's progress, and called me to let me know that my new GLE350 had arrived on time and was exactly what I wanted.
