C63s AMG Coupe Hello everyone, I wanted to share THE WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had out of any car dealership I've ever been to. For anyone who is considering getting a everyone, I wanted to share THE WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had out of any car dealership I've ever been to. For anyone who is considering getting any work or service done to their vehicle here I'd recommend reading this first. With that being said I will keep it as short as I can, not so sweet, and somewhat simple. Over the last four months my car has been in the fletcher jones possession more than it has been in mine. After countless amounts of calls with hardly any call backs or updates, I finally have the car back. The car is now back with NEW SCRATCHES and new CRAPPY non factory PAINT. After all the wasted hours from San Diego to OC and back, taking time off work, and experiencing the worst customer service I have ever had, I can say I WILL NEVER GO BACK NOR RECOMMEND. - MAY 2022 - Drop off car for an oil change and warranty work (squeaky noise during cold starts). Oil change gets done, car still squeaks.. Car comes back with 4 NEW scratches. AJ Gennock my advisor had some kid tried to paint my car with a paint pen in the car service line with no prep, cars pulling forward, and people stepping over his feet. - JUNE 2022 - After a call to management they told me to bring car in for a detail and that I didn't have to make an appointment for my next visit. I show up for my detail and warranty work, TONY IRVANI who is filling in for AJ says I need an appointment so I had to make one a week later and drive back home to SD. I was treated like I was a nobody when I was trying to explain the situation. - JULY 2022- A week later comes around and I go over the scratches and what needs to be fixed.. Waited two weeks for parts for my warranty work which was misdiagnosed twice with no updates or anything. Then DURING THE DETAIL, THE DETAILER DROPS A BUFFER on my car and dents the roof of my car and damages my window trim so now it has to go to paint and body. - I spoke with ERIC SMITH and he said "accident's happen" and got super defensive when I replied with "I don't think this many accidents should happen to one customer, especially when its my first experience with you guys". He reassured my car would be taken care of and brought back in just as good of shape as it was when I brought it in and guess what? It wasn't. - AUGUST 2022 - FINALLY, weeks later I get my car back WITH THE SAME SCRATCHES that they didn't fix, a caliber collision paint job, and a slightly bent trim piece with no sympathy or one apologies from anyone at all. Out of this whole experience I had been paying a monthly car payment for a car I wasn't even able to drive nor was I offered any sort of compensation either. One thing I can say is I am happy to have my car back in my possession! Never again Fletcher jones Mercedes of Newport. More
