This place just keeps me coming back . . . Just a class act from the moment you step into the property. Although this was not the first time we purchase a vehicle for Fletcher Jones Newport Be Just a class act from the moment you step into the property. Although this was not the first time we purchase a vehicle for Fletcher Jones Newport Beach, this is the first time we get one from a different sales person. The person we used to deal with was top notch too, but unfortunately he left the company to pursue other ventures. However "spoiled" we had gotten with our previous rep, Denise Banner was equally as good and second to none. Our whole experience started from her initial phone call which very much helped to set our expectations, to the initial meeting, to the test drive and picking of the vehicle in the field of dreams, to closing the deal. I felt no stress at all throughout the whole process. A totally first class experience! And I would be remiss not to mention the first class facility that Fletcher Jones in Newport Beach has as well as the very large selection of cars they had to pick from, so large that that they don't all fit in their primary facility, so many more are parked off site in their appropriately named "Field of Dreams" lot. Dealing with Han Leef, the finance manager, to go through all the financial matters, as well as with Will Bokhonskyi, the Delivery Specialist, who thoroughly, and patiently, explained the features of the vehicle to my wife and myself, was very much just as pleasant an experience.
