Fletcher Jones...... Amazed me. I'm a returning Mercedes owner and have now found a new dealer for life. I went to my local Mercedes dealership, RUSNAK ARCADIA. They could careless about my business,I never felt so unwanted as a client in my life. Maybe a better investment would be in sales people or management that care instead of a huge showroom, where you wait, hope and pray that someone is willing to help you. Long story short..... RUSNAK rufuses to sell me a car. ARASH and BILL save the day and make RUSNAK look like Mercedes selling rookies. The 100 mile drive, was a small price to pay to AVOID RUSNAK if you want a car. From the moment I walked on to the showroom floor at FLETCHER JONES, I was welcomed and helped immediately. The staff was all attentive and actually willing to help. They were able to get the car I wanted,with all the options in 1 day..... Drove down there, got the best price for my trade in. Signed paperwork and drove off the lot in less than 2 hours.
