So happy my lease is ending! Never again! Since my lease is ending pretty soon for my C300, I've been getting calls from them constantly to schedule a time to go in & explore my options. To be Since my lease is ending pretty soon for my C300, I've been getting calls from them constantly to schedule a time to go in & explore my options. To be quite honest it was getting very annoying to the point where I felt I was being harassed. I have moved from Orange County & currently reside in Encino. The drive would take anywhere from hour and a half to two hours. After many calls I agreed to meet with them but I made sure to set expectations on what I was looking for (Vehicle type and modle, color, options, monthly payments, down payment, drive off payment, mileage per year and maintenance program) and if they can honor that, then I would make the drive. They agreed and I made the trip to meet with James Sullivan who's the sales person that put me in the C300 to begin with. Once we got there for the appointment my wife and I had to wait for a cool 30-45 minutes until one of Mr. Sullivan's associate salesmen met with us. I went over my expectations with him once more to make sure we're on the same page. We test drove the car and decided that we were going to do another lease with them. When it came down to the pricing and negotiations, although I had set my expectations (Twice) we were presented with some ridiculous numbers, not to mention that Mr. Sullivan didn't even bother to stop and say hello. Not even once. I was furious!!! Even though we had set the expectations before driving two hours for the appointment and wasn't offered anything more than what we had originally asked for, we were presented with unrealistic numbers. They didn't respect that we drove two hours for the appointment, spent another 2-3 hours choosing the car and the negotiations, then had to drive back for another two hours. What we were promised wasn't honored and we pretty much wasted a whole day accomplishing NOTHING!!! More
