Terrible experience I had terrible experience with FJ Mercedes. In summer I received a call from FJ inviting me to change my vehicle and look at options I have. I explain I had terrible experience with FJ Mercedes. In summer I received a call from FJ inviting me to change my vehicle and look at options I have. I explained to the person over the phone that I have more than 3 month left on my lease and if she is 100% sure the remaining lease will be waived so I'll sacrifice my weekend to go there and she assured me about it. I went there and after about two hours I was told only 3 month will be waived. All I got was "sorry it was our mistake" I said that's it? I was told they will help me and promised me to give me an outstanding deal when I have only 3 month left. Last week I went back to FJ as I had only about 3 month left. I gave the agent my target price and stressed that "only run my credit if your numbers are close to my target number" and he assured me about it. He run my credit and his pricing came back $250/month more than the target price I gave him. I asked "then why did hit run it? Can't you calculate an estimated payment before hand?" I found the agent very inexperienced as he could not answer my questions and frustration. All I got was another "we are sorry it was our mistake" How many times should I hear "sorry our mistake" from you guys? That day, another agent texted me and asked me to meet with him at FJ on the weekend and I explained to him how angry I am and why. He never returned my text back and never called me to follow up. I don't recommend FJ at all... More
