I've lived in Illinois, Washington, D. C., Southern Maryland, Sarasota Florida, Las Vegas NV, Roswell Georgia and back to Las Vegas. No Mercedes Benz dealership that I've dealth with com C., Southern Maryland, Sarasota Florida, Las Vegas NV, Roswell Georgia and back to Las Vegas. No Mercedes Benz dealership that I've dealth with comes close to the exceptional facility, customer care, attentive care to their customers needs while at their facility by every employee from porters, house cleaning, mechanics, tellers, rental vehicles, service advisors, sales people, and upper management. If they see you looking lost each and everyone of them will stop and lead you to where you want to go, I've had the Manager of the whole dealership walk me to an office I was looking for. Their mechanics are exceptionally clean as they work on our vehicles, and my car receives a courtesy wash and clean up, almost a detailing, each time it is in for service. The dealership is superbly designed in its layout and is maintained in an exceptional cleanliness. The care of each and every customer, or browser is highly evident from the Manager to the porters and house cleaning personnel. They provide shuttle service to and from my home that is always a pleasure to ride with them. Fletcher Jones is how a dealership should be operated and should be used as a model to emulate by other dealerships. More
