My service adviser is extremely helpful. I had an uissue with tire pressur on my 2007 MB S-550. I called my advisor and he immediately told me to bring it in. He is the prime reason I continue to use Fletcher Jones service to handle both of my MB vehicles. Further, the customer waiting area is well equipped for the customers. Not only do they have a very comfortable lounge area with coffee, a snack bar and a large flat-screen TV, they also have an area with cubicles that allows one to get productive work done. Each cubicle contains a telephone and wi-Fi internet access. Greqat team - great job! More

Especially Dave Fast (welcome back) and Joshua. Because of that I am looking at possibly either selling my other vehicle or trading it in and leasing a Mercedes from your dealership. I will never buy a mercedes in las vegas soley based on the treatment I received at this dealership. I now own 2 BMWs because they have given me exceptional service and much better financing. The Fletcher Jones dealership located on Sahara is first class. It is always clean and has easy check-in and check-out. The "customer waiting" area is very pleasant and well-equipped to make customers feel comfortable. The Sahara location is a vast improvement over their old location on Rancho. The service personnel we come into contact with are always pleasant and anxious to assist. We highly recommend Fletcher Jones to others.
