This dealer was recommended to me from a previous service advisor at San Diego Hoen Mercedes, Mr. Gustavo Alarco. Gustavo has transferred from San Diego, CA to Newport Beach, CA so when I called him for a s advisor at San Diego Hoen Mercedes, Mr. Gustavo Alarco. Gustavo has transferred from San Diego, CA to Newport Beach, CA so when I called him for a service appt he referred me to the Las Vegas dealer now that my wife and I are living in St. George, Utah. As usual and what is a consistent "expectation" is that every Mercedes dealership we've ever dealt with has all of the highest quality, personable and competent personnel, as well as outstanding and beautifully kept facilities. I have purchased two cars with Fletcher Jones Imports in the last 10 years and have been extremely satisified with the Sales Consultant and with the Service Advisors. I appreciate the excellent customer se the last 10 years and have been extremely satisified with the Sales Consultant and with the Service Advisors. I appreciate the excellent customer service experience is always friendly and always able to get me in when I need it and go the extra mile for me. And that in itself is worth an A+ to me , for my time is important along with the friendly and warm atmosphere. It is nice to see employees who are happy and enjoy working for the company. More

Approximately nine years ago I purchased my current vehicle from F-J Mercedes Benz in Las Vegas, and since I have had Dennis Eich as my service advisor. Every single time I had my ML-320 service Dennis vehicle from F-J Mercedes Benz in Las Vegas, and since I have had Dennis Eich as my service advisor. Every single time I had my ML-320 service Dennis has been courteous and prompt as well as professional I have NEVER had to go back to the dealership for a problem not solved, or addressed. Yes the service is not cheap, but it is not out of this world expensive either and I know for a fact that the service my vehicle receives is first class. To be honest the main reason I return to Fletcher Jones M-B is because my service advisor is the best I have ever had to deal with. I thank him for his service and wish him my best. FJ has been my dealer since I purchased my 2003 E-500. Over the years FJ has kept my vehicle in first class condition. My E-500 has over 118,000 miles on it and still going "strong". The Service Advisor is friendly and knowledgable. He explains the service needs and if possible gives you options. Drop off and pick up is always easy. I have had several service coor owning and having four Mercedes Benz cars serviced at Fletcher Jones with superb customer service results always!!!! I have had several service coordinators but every one was just perfect. Dave Fast has been handling my service for at least the last six plus years. I always recommend and brag about this dealership whether it is for sales or service. I have recommended them for other vehicle owners as well. My neighbors tried to tell me to buy a lexus and use their dealer and I said no because I love Mercedes!!! Guess what? They now have mercedes also!!!!!! More
